Rates

Session fees vary depending on the clinician, appointment type, and length of session. Specific rates and insurance participation can be discussed during the scheduling and intake process.

Typical session lengths include:

• 45-minute sessions

• 60-minute sessions

• Extended sessions when clinically appropriate

Insurance

Some services may be eligible for reimbursement through your health insurance plan. Coverage varies significantly by provider and policy.

We encourage clients to contact their insurance carrier directly to better understand their out-of-network or behavioral health benefits before beginning treatment.

Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider include:

• Does my plan include behavioral or mental health benefits?

• Do I have an out-of-network deductible?

• Have I met my deductible?

• What portion of services will be reimbursed?

• Is preauthorization or a referral required?

• Are there limitations on the number of sessions covered per year?

If applicable, our office can provide documentation such as superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other electronic forms of payment through our secure client portal.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee.

We understand emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur and will address those situations individually when appropriate.
