Tom Nuckel, LMSW
Thomas “Tom” Nuckel, LMSW, works with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, low self-esteem, difficulty managing emotions, and other life stressors.
In addition to his work at Endeavor, Tom is a middle school social worker, giving him firsthand experience with the academic, social, and emotional challenges children and teens face every day.
His approach to therapy is relaxed, friendly, and conversational, using humor and genuine connection to help clients feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly. Tom enjoys getting to know each client’s story and helping them recognize their strengths, set meaningful goals, and develop practical skills they can use outside of therapy.
A former Division I athlete and current weekend warrior, Tom is an avid sports fan who enjoys hiking, swimming, cycling, and running. His background and interests often help him connect naturally with children and teens who may be hesitant about therapy or unsure of what to expect.
